Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
By creating an account, accessing, or using the RWB Archive ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC ("RWB," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
The RWB Archive is a members-only streaming platform operated by Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC. The Service provides access to live show recordings, albums, exclusive video content, The RWB Podcast, and RWB Radio, subject to your membership tier.
Service features and content are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion.
The Service offers three membership tiers:
By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC to charge your payment method at the rates and intervals listed at the time of purchase. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.4.
Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before your membership renews. By purchasing a membership, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.
If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at merch@redwantingblue.com. Refunds are available for initial purchases only — renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Refund requests after 30 days will not be honored.
You may cancel your membership at any time through ⚙️ Settings → Manage Subscription. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the free Radio tier. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes via email before they take effect on your renewal date.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to audio recordings, video content, artwork, logos, and podcast episodes, is the property of Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content.
The RWB Archive name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Red Wanting Blue Operations LLC.
Vault and Vampire Club members receive a unique private podcast feed URL linked to their membership. This URL is for your personal use only. You may not share your private feed URL with any other person. If we determine that your feed URL is being used by unauthorized parties, we reserve the right to revoke and reissue your feed URL or terminate your membership without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. Paid membership fees are non-refundable upon termination for violation of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any content will be available at any particular time or that the Service will meet your requirements.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED WANTING BLUE OPERATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your membership before the effective date.
