Hello everyone out there in RWB Land,
We hope you’re all as excited as we are for the release of our new album Little America this summer! This is the first time we’ve released an album of new songs without having played them on the road beforehand, so we can’t wait to finally share it with you.
In the last few days, we wrapped up shooting a music video for “You Are My Las Vegas,” which is hands down the most fun we’ve ever had making a video. Ever.
Now, you’re probably asking “Why would they be making a video for ‘Vegas’ right now?,” right? Good question. Well, I am proud to tell you that in addition to the new tunes, “Vegas” makes an appearance on Little America, and I thought you should know why.
Even though we all know it’s my Mom’s favorite song, I swear she didn’t put us up to it! The real reason “Vegas” is on the album is because over the last six years we’ve seen the impact that the song has had on our fans. It’s a high point for us in every show, and it’s helped shape the music we’ve been making ever since.
By including it on Little America, “You Are My Las Vegas” is going to have a chance to find a bigger audience, and it also gave us an excuse to make a music video unlike anything you have ever seen! Honestly, it’s one of the most special things our band has ever gotten to do.
