To mark the occasion on Saturday, October 1st of the opening of the “From The Vanishing Point” pre-order store and the start of the track-by-track reveal of the record, we’re having a contest.
Starting on Saturday, we’ll be revealing a stream of each track from the new album each day at 10AM Eastern. You’ll be able to access the stream of the new album directly on Soundcloud at: http://soundcloud.com/fanaticpro/sets/red-wanting-blue-from-the-vanishing-point
As we reveal tracks, click the blue bar at the bottom of the Soundcloud waveform of “From The Vanishing Point” track #1 to add your comment. You can see current examples on the embedded “Audition” stream below. On Sunday, do it for track #2, on Monday comment on track #3 and so on.
Everyone who clicks the blue bars and completes entering a comment on the waveform of each of the 13 tracks will be entered into a drawing to win a “From The Vanishing Point” prize package including:
Two runner-up winners will receive a copy of the “From The Vanishing Point” CD.
The winner will be announced on November 30th. The prize package will be shipped on December 9th. Winner must choose a sound check and show to attend from Red Wanting Blue’s published tour schedule within one year of winning.
The first track from “From The Vanishing Point” will begin streaming at 10AM on Saturday, October 1st. Pre-orders for the album begin at the same time. See below to comment on “Audition” and we’ll see you soon!
